Norman Pickell and Kim Phillips-Chapman are trained Mediators. Michael Ferguson does not do any mediation.
In this area, we mediate:
- agricultural issues
- business and corporate conflicts involving partners, shareholders, directors, family members and suppliers
- contract disputes
- environmental issues
- estate disputes, including conflicts among the beneficiaries and the estate trustees (executors)
- power of attorney disputes
- real estate and property conflicts
- seniors issues, including disputes concerning the care of the elderly
In the past, we have mediated other types of disputes, including:
- child protection matters involving families and Children Aid Societies – CAS
- family law, including parenting plans, custody, access, spousal support, child support, property issues, asset equalizations and variation claims
But we do not do any of that type of mediation now.
